BuildingSearch was specifically designed for the commercial Tenant; it has been created to assist in locating available properties and
specialized vendors that can help in the transition process of a company’s relocation, disposition, or expansion of commercial space.
It was created and is maintained by industry specialists so their in depth market knowledge and services are also very extensive. It
was originally designed to provide every Tenant with the ability to validate their real estate assumptions and decisions, but has grown
to be much more.
This really is a great site and is growing daily. It should be spreading outside of the Silicon Valley soon and the current coverage of
their Database is the most complete of any site we have seen.

OfficeForLease is a new and upcoming site that seems to be targeting the smaller landlords in the Silicon Valley and one Day Beyond. There
database is extensive, although there are not many pictures or any floor plans available at this point. The goal of OfficeForLease is to allow
the landlords with smaller spaces reach out to the smaller tenants directly to fill their spaces directly with the most ease. We are looking
forward to what this site will evolve to in the future. We think there is definitely a market for the smaller users trying to find space in
markets across the board.

LoopNet is one of the larger listing services available today, although it is not easily accessible. You must sign up and pay to see the available
properties. Loopnet actually calls brokers to see what is available, then records all of the information, and sells it back to many of the brokerage
houses that do not have their own comprehensive databases. It is not designed for Tenants, but can be used by tenants if they are willing to pay for
it.

Costar is a similar site to LoopNet, they also charge to view their listings, although not quite as expensive. They also maintain a very large database
of available for lease and sale properties. They also provide news stories of the most recent larger national and regional transactions.

CityFeet is a listing service that seems to have overextended itself. It claims to have listings in areas across the US, and it does, but not nearly a
comprehensive idea of what each city or region really has to offer. They also have news, usually related to very large transactions taking place. This
site provides a good overview of some markets, but should not be utilized as a site that gives a comprehensive search of available properties.

This site provides access to Executive Suites across the US. These are suites designed for short term small companies who do not want to incur the expense
of purchasing furniture or going through the headache of relocating several times as they grow. The spaces are more expensive but much easier for companies
looking for 1,000 square feet or less. There are many other executive suites available than the ones listed on this site, so it is best to speak with a
broker if this is what you are looking for.

Team Skyline is a site set up by brokers specifically designed to help tenants in the San Francisco locate space. Their site is limited to the San Francisco
area, but seems to give a good idea of the available properties though not nearly comprehensive or all inclusive. BuildingSearch seems to have a much more
comprehensive availability list in this Area.
